General Guidance, Not Advice

This site is general information about international and cross-border tax, not advice on your own affairs. A transfer pricing position, a permanent establishment question or a double-tax relief claim turns on your specific facts and the treaty between the countries involved, and you should not act on a general page without taking advice on your own position. Nothing here is an offer, and no client relationship exists until an engagement letter is signed.

The work, when engaged, is carried out by Tidy Money Ltd, regulated by the ACCA. We provide accountancy and tax services. We do not sell tax-avoidance schemes, and we do not give investment advice or advise on offshore structures, trusts or insurance products, which are outside our regulatory scope.

Figures and Dates

Every rate, threshold and date on the site was checked against a primary source, legislation.gov.uk, an HMRC manual or notice, or the OECD Model, on the review date shown on each page. Cross-border rules change and some are announced before they become law, so check the current position, and the treaty that applies to your countries, before you rely on a figure, or ask us.

Who Does the Work

Accountancy services described on this site are provided by Tidy Money Ltd. Any engagement is subject to a separate written engagement letter and to anti-money-laundering identity checks. Nothing on this website forms an engagement on its own.
